getting started
Welcome to twig, PostHog's agentic development environment. Twig is a code editor that understands your users by connecting to your product analytics.
what is twig?
Twig combines a modern code editor with an AI agent powered by Claude. Unlike traditional AI coding assistants that only suggest code, twig's agent can take actions on your behalf - reading files, running commands, and making changes across your codebase.
The key differentiator is PostHog integration. Twig can access your product analytics, helping you make development decisions informed by real user behavior.
key features
- agentic coding - an AI that doesn't just suggest, but acts
- posthog integration - build with user insights at your fingertips
- workspace isolation - work on multiple tasks without conflicts using Git worktrees
- built-in terminal - run commands without leaving the editor
current status
Twig is in pre-alpha. It's functional and actively developed, but not yet production-ready. We welcome feedback and bug reports on GitHub.
